    It fits quite well and is a great relief to my neck. Prior to purchasing my concern was that the strap would be too large, but it actually fits quite snugly to the chair. I do wonder if over time the elastic of the strap won't loosen, but I suppose I can tie a few knots in it if it does. Still, my suggestion for an improvement would be to make the strap adjustable. That would make this product perfect. However, even without an adjustable strap, it is still quite excellent.
